The interview starts by meeting with the HR manager tsk about your last experience and how you can use that for the position. Next she will have you meet with the sales managers and usually depending on the dealership there will be like 3 of them or could be less, then depending on how it goes with the managers you will be called into another interview with the dealership General Manager and that would be a good sign he will pretty much decide whether you will be hired or not.
