I shadowed with two people for about forty minutes to get an idea of every day work life. I shadowed with an LAET and an LAE to get an idea of how it will be in the beginning and where you can end up.

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.
