I had interviews through a phone call. I explained my experience and how it would be beneficial to the company and how I am qualified for the position. I was told I would hear back early in the next week. No response. I followed up and was told I would hear back later in the week. Still no response back and its been 2 months.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Cincinnati, OH) in Dec 2021
Interview
4 part interview. Detailed explanation of job. The recruiting department consisted of great people and were very communicative. I enjoyed going into the interviews because they wanted to get to know you - not just talk about your stats.
