I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL) in Sep 2019
Interview
It all starts with a call from a recruiter who asks you some pre-screening questions about the position. From that point, they ask you if they can speak with you again over the phone where they ask you questions about your experience and you are expected to deliver a sales pitch at the end of the call. The next step if they like you involves doing multiple tests ( 50 states, Knowledge, Typing, and Math) where if you pass these you shadow a sales rep and meet your recruiter for a 1-on-1. After this if they like you still, they ask you to come back to have an interview with a hiring manager but not before they have you complete a final assignment which was something along the lines of a high school economic project...for an interview....Then we get to the final interview, this interview was probably the worst I've had and consisted of them talking down on any of my accomplishments and basically talking you out of the job. Then you wait a couple of days and get a generic email response from a bot claiming if they want to hire you or not.
