I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2014
Interview
I interviewed in 2014 so it may have changed. There was a portion where you needed to be prepared with knowledge of TQL, there was a test of the 50 states, there was a portion where you had to leave a persuasive voicemail to a manager to hire you, and then there was an interview. The interview was generally with your soon to be manager (if hired) and his manager.

Interview
Multiple phases and conversations. Very money-oriented. If you are interested in building capital, it is a good experience, but they make it clear that the job is a grind. Overall, it is a good interview experience, and they make it clear that you will be thoroughly trained.
