The woman interviewing me was evasive and somewhat mean. I understand that getting grilled is just a tactic for sales interviews but this woman straight up tore my resume apart, said that I have never worked hard or long hours, criticized me for not making enough money (I am a college student) and overall just made me feel like she did not want me in this role.

Pretty simple standard interview. Went over my background, why I wanted a sales job, what did I think about my experiences that make me a good fit for the role etc.

Interview
Process was fair, 2 phone interviews and have a live interview scheduled. The first interview was over the phone and the second was via Teams. Dealing with a recruiter as well.
The interview process was really great. I really enjoyed everyone I talked to and got a thorough understanding of the company and the position. I ultimately declined the offer but I would recommend.
