The interview was intense. Some of the folks on here seemed to not like the interview process, but I actually really enjoyed it. I was not quizzed over company facts I figured I was supposed to (and did) have memorized, but instead, the questions were geared towards finding out who I am, what's important to me, and what makes me tick. There were 2 people in the final interview, which was intimidating at first, but they tried to make me feel comfortable. There were a lot of "why" questions, but I took this as them wanting to know more, not that my answers weren't good enough. They were very upfront about the pros and cons of the job, and how hard it is. I felt they were very transparent, and they answered every question I had as well. I was not "sold" anything - they clearly tell you how demanding, but rewarding the job can be. The interview definitely wasn't easy - it was very challenging, and helped me become a better interviewer, and I'm sure it helps prevent people who aren't right for the role from coming on. Although it was tough, I would also say it was very fair and I really like the fact they wanted to get to know ME vs. testing me to see if I had answers.
