I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co. (Melbourne) in Sep 2016
Interview
Applied online, got an email back to fill in an hour's worth of questions about situations in how to deal with customers. This is a pre-requisite, otherwise, you wouldn't have proceeded to the next stage.
Group interview took about 2 hours. Had to be in a group, first, we had to introduce the person beside us, what their hobbies are, work experience, what their greatest gift was and why they want to work for Tiffany's.
The second part was a role play with one person being the sales person and the other being the customer playing a 'character card' that had descriptions like, 'fashion forward woman in her late 20s looking to treat herself after getting a job promotion'. You have to play the customer and the other person tries to sell you something.
Third part was every group was given a question of customer in store situations and how you can best answer as a group and present to the whole room.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co. (Pasadena, CA) in Sep 2023
Interview
The interview process was based on applications submitted through their company website. I was emailed about a week after and scheduled to complete my 1st interview the following week. About 2 weeks after the interview, I was scheduled to return for a 2nd interview. It has been well over a week since the 2nd interview and I have yet to have heard back. No followup thereafter. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Not something you’d expect from LVMH.

Question 1
What are some of the experiences in your past related to this current role?
Fun interview meeting new people. Since it is a customer facing role, there were a lot of situational questions. They want to gauge how you will work with customers and upsell items.
