Intervista breve con domande nello specifico del ruolo. Disponibilita dell'hr ad accogliere domande sull'azienda . Era online ed è durato circa 15 minuti e si è svolto in inglese. La posizione era a Parigi

The interview process was lengthy, purposefully vague, and unprofessional. I went through 4 interviews over the span of 3 weeks. I asked via email and in interviews several times what the compensation (including bonus and commission structure) and benefits package would be for the position and NEVER received a straight answer. After 3 weeks of communication, the only information provided was the salary range and 4% 401k matching. After the last interview, I let them know I would only move forward if they provided the compensation information for the job. They declined to provide, so I moved on. Because of how many red flags this interview “process” had, I would not recommend this company. I can only imagine what working for them must be like if they treat potential employees like they treated me and the interview process.
