My interview with Thrivent felt very well put together. It was mostly lead by the interviewer leaving me feeling extremely informed. She also left time for getting to know one another so the conversation felt comfortable.

Multiple round interviews. Initially met with the marketing directors, then came on-site for live interviews. Final interviews were over the phone. Nothing technical, more mindset focused, making sure you are a right fit for the team.

It was pretty casual, asked me questions more about personality than technical skills. The process took around four interviews, where I met with a singular guy at first and then with a team.
