The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ThredUp (San Leandro, CA) in May 2012
Interview
Interview was a one-on-one. Don't bother dressing too fancy, as the warehouse environment called for casual wear. It wasn't so much of an interview, but a tour of the facilities and a 'would you like to join us?' kinda thing. Everyone is very nice, workers are very pleasant. Wages were not discussed, so make sure to bring that up. Interview doesn't take too long, it's just a quick overview of everything the company does, and usually an offer of temporary employment.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Do you see yourself fitting into this environment?
Very straightforward even though I personally feel that doing group interviewing would speed up the process, especially since everyone that does show up potentially has applied for the same position.

Question 1
how do you feel your former manager or supervisor would describe you as an employee.
I applied online. I interviewed at ThredUp (Lawrenceville, GA) in Sep 2023
Interview
They are very nice to your face, but if they walk you out the door instead of back into the room you aren't hired. They say they will reach back out to you soon, but they usually won't contact you again.
