*Consistent Schedule four 10 or three 12 hrs shift *You can listen to your own music if you have approved Bluetooth headphones * PTO and sick time available
Cons
*Management is disorganized *Communication between team members and management is not consistent *The training needs improvement especially for new hires. They need to keep it simple instead of over complicating everything for the new hires especially when they expect you to hit the company metrics. * Favoritism is very apparent * They care more about metrics. * some members of leadership are very condescending during start shift meetings
