Interview

Stage at Regiis Ova Caviar Lounge, everyone was extremely professional and patient. Head chef was supportive and straight to the point. It was a 3 man kitchen + me the stage, they had me learn most of one station and were able to let me handle 60% of it. Interview afterwards was quick but really meaningful, I learned a lot from chef in 8 hours.

Connected with the Director of Operations, After an interview. Did a trail at the location, connected with the team. The executive Chef, and the Assistant Manager. Then met with the NYC HR Director. Then the executive team in Vegas and Yontville.

Disappointed that if you knew I was overqualified, then why interview? Ironically, the interview went very well but then received the generic email that I wasn’t moving forward giving me zero clarity why so there can be a 360 feedback learning.
