Interview
The interview process began with a written examination conducted at our college campus. This initial screening test included sections on logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and basic technical questions related to core subjects from our curriculum. The objective was to assess candidates’ fundamental knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
After successfully clearing the written test, shortlisted candidates proceeded to an aptitude round. This round focused on numerical ability, logical reasoning, and verbal ability questions designed to evaluate analytical thinking and decision-making skills under time constraints.
Following the aptitude test, I was invited for a technical interview, which lasted for approximately two hours. During this session, I was asked in-depth questions related to my academic projects, programming concepts, data structures, algorithms, and domain-specific knowledge. The interviewer also presented me with real-time problem scenarios to test my logical approach and coding skills. In addition to theoretical knowledge, questions related to practical applications and situational handling in project environments were also discussed.
After the technical round, I advanced to the HR interview. This round was conversational and aimed at understanding my personality, strengths, weaknesses, career goals, and expectations from the company. The HR also discussed the company culture, work environment, and growth opportunities, while gauging my communication skills and cultural fit for the organization.
Overall, the process was structured, comprehensive, and allowed the interviewers to evaluate both technical competence and personal attributes.
