Zoom call. Very casual which made it very challenging to portray my best self. The interview lasted for about half and hour. I asked more questions than the manager on the call.

Most questions were about my experience in similar positions.
It was a tough one. There were 4 rounds. The last one had about 5 people in it. There was not a lot of info given beforehand. It was heavily based on response quality.
I applied in-person. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) in Apr 2021

Started with Resume review, then phone screen, then first round interview with the Executive Director, group interview with a presentation of a new program or process that you would like to introduce to the branch
