Started with Resume review, then phone screen, then first round interview with the Executive Director, group interview with a presentation of a new program or process that you would like to introduce to the branch

Question 1
What would your current team say was your biggest weakness.
It was a tough one. There were 4 rounds. The last one had about 5 people in it. There was not a lot of info given beforehand. It was heavily based on response quality.
Zoom call. Very casual which made it very challenging to portray my best self. The interview lasted for about half and hour. I asked more questions than the manager on the call.
