Don't waste your time with The Standard. They ghost you when you set up a phone screen with the ever so personable "Cora" system. Then you are bombarded 5 times a day with alerts reminding you "please remember to get ready for your interview in two days, the next day, the next hour" and then let the ghosting begin- they don't call. There are companies much larger than The Standard and while they use similar impersonal methods in Talent Acquisition, at least they follow through and there is an ability to reach out to them if issues arise like this.

The interview process was fairly straightforward, standard situational questions, I went though 2 rounds with the hiring manager and director after the HR screen but unfortunately I was not selected.
