it was bland. underpaid for actual designers. They sell the position as an estimate salary. most of it is commission based, which is not guaranteed. The designers have to procure clients themselves while using their personal vehicle.

A series of interviews via Zoom that were very conversational in style. Questions were appropriate to the job, and interviewers happily answered all my questions. Overall, a very positive experience.
