Interview
Conversational, and productive.I felt like it was a two way interview and they were interested in getting to know me, not just my resume and CV. While the process was long, I was never left in the dark or that they had just moved on. The HR department was friendly and always quick to respond to my seemingly constant status questions.
Semi informal round robin type of interview, usually you will meet with 2 different people, sometimes together if its regional. Typical questions on budget, schedule and quality. If it is regional make sure you are on time and be patient, usually these happen on a project that is running full bore so your interviewers may have to come back to the office and will usually be stopped about 30 times on their way back.
