Semi informal round robin type of interview, usually you will meet with 2 different people, sometimes together if its regional. Typical questions on budget, schedule and quality. If it is regional make sure you are on time and be patient, usually these happen on a project that is running full bore so your interviewers may have to come back to the office and will usually be stopped about 30 times on their way back.

Simple and fair. Know your stuff. If you are knowledgeable and experienced, they will pick up on it quickly and make you an offer. If you're trying to BS them they will catch on quickly.
