The Marco Consulting Group interview questions

Very informal, everyone was nice to me. It is a casual workplace but I showed up in a suit. I don't think that was a very big deal. Interviewed for an Internship position. Interview lasted about an hour and I was showed what I would be doing, the worked seemed pretty easy so I think they were really looking for a personality match and someone who had general knowledge and experience.

2 30 minute interviews with line level employee and AVP in fiduciary services group. Line level employee was cool, great conversation, very standard questions. Only challenge was to explain my views on the market. AVP was not as engaged and looked at her phone a number of times. Asked the exact same questions as first interview. A month later I got an email notifying that they passed on my application.
