I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Impact Partnership in Oct 2024
Interview
I had a first interview with HR, followed by a second interview with the Director Marketing Technology & Operations. The process was timely and professionally handled, but I felt the initial HR screening could have been more thorough. Key qualifications and expectations for the role weren’t clearly discussed upfront, which led to a second interview for a position that ultimately wasn’t the right fit. A more in-depth pre-screen would have saved time for both sides.

Question 1
The Director of Marketing specifically asked about my experience with PPC (pay-per-click) advertising, indicating it was a key focus of the role.
Had a total of 3 interviews with mgmt. & executives. Overall, this was a very professional process, but they made me feel quite comfortable. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I met with the CEO, I felt very welcome. I could tell from the moment I walked in that this company focused on a positive company culture and excellent service. They truly do deliver on what they say in the interviews.

Interview
The interview process was relatively quick and super smooth! Great questions asked by interviewers. 3 rounds of interviews 1 in person round and 2 remote rounds. I felt very updated through out the process.
