-On-line application -Received email indicating I would receive a call from the hiring center. -Received call, answered some basic questions about the job itself (automated), spoke to rep and scheduled in-store interview in two days. Had choice of many time slots. -In person interview with SM and ASM. Several behavioral response type questions. -will be in touch.

Hr called from GA for preliminary interview. Set up interview at store. When got there. No one knew and no real job. Happened twice. Waited 45 minutes for them to find someone whe then went through list of openings that were available at that store. Centralized HR does not work for them.
