There was a phone screening interview with an HR Specialist, followed by a morning of interviews with the hiring manager, the hiring manager's boss, a prospective peer, and someone at the hiring manager's level from a different department.

Six interviews: HR screening, hiring manager, two other people on the team, someone else I would work alongside but not from the same team, and the hiring manager's manager. One interview per week. I waited two weeks for the final answer, then reached back because they ghosted me.

Applied for job online, recruiter reached out a day or two later. Scheduled an in-person interview and met with 6 members of the team (management). Everyone was very friendly but I have a feeling they are going through some organizational pains and did not really define what the job would require as far as processes.
Very vague..which isn't a bad thing, different strokes for different folks.
