I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Hanover Insurance Group (Worcester, MA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Very smooth interview process. I was contacted by the recruiter to schedule a phone screening the day after applying. I will add that I interned at the company and had several referrals at the location so that helped move my application along. About a week after the phone screen I was invited for an on-site interview. I interviewed one-on-one with three different people - an underwriter, a supervisor and a strategic manager. Questions were mostly behavioral and overall very conversational. About another week later I heard back with the formal offer. You can tell they want you to do well so don't be afraid to talk a lot about your skills and previous experience and specifically how that will help you in this role.

Interview
The interview consists of a half hour with one HR and another half hour with the other HR. The setting is very relaxed and conversational. They never asked any crazy questions and everything was pretty straight forward. Overall it was good experience, and a good first interview for people that need practice.
