The Doctors Company interview questions

The interview process took place on zoom. It was low-key and casual. Basic questions. Very informal. Questions were geared towards experience, analytical skills, negotiation and disposition. Additionally, a number of questions were asked about certain states and jurisdictions and if one was comfortable in those venues.

HR phone interview to qualify experience and expectations. Then a meeting with the hiring manager. Situational questions, work experience and why I wanted to work at TDC. Then a meeting with the VP. The entire process to about 6 weeks.
