The Container Store Order Processor interview questions

I received a text from the store about scheduling a phone interview. Had the phone interview with the manager a few days later. It was 15 minutes and consisted of "tell me about yourself" and then the manager telling me about the role. I came in the next week for an in-person interview with the same manager. Interview was held in the middle of the store. I was asked mostly behavior questions and was told I would hear back about a second in-person interview later. I received a rejection email from corporate a week later.
