Interview
Texas Instruments came out to my university for a career fair. I spoke to them for a bit about projects I had worked on. This led to an on campus Interview the very next day (I was very surprised because most interviews aren't until at least the next week. I went in really nervous and the interviewer was very nice and easy to talk to. All of the question were behavioral because he was recruiting for different positions in IT. Most of the jobs he spoke about were looking for someone that was graduating at the end of this current semester and since I still have another semester to go so I was not selected. The encouraged me to apply again next semester.

Interview
First interview was an on campus interview, Pretty simple just how do you solve problems and behavioral stuff. Second interview over the phone with some what I assume were managers, pretty easy two technical questions, one hardware, one software, and again behavioral stuff.
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2018
Interview
I had a really good experience with Texas Instruments, the people, the culture, and the company were all great. The recruiters are very understanding, and get back to you as soon as possible. The interviewers all have interesting and different experiences that led up to where they are today. Basically everyone has their own unique history, and TI is all for buidling your own career. The process is itself took around two months, and interview was fully behavioral. If I had any skills or experiences mentioned on my Resume, those were questioned a bit.
