I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2010
Interview
campus interview to phone interview, then site interview. It's fairly straight forward and easy on candidates. No really hard questions but do prepare for some technical concept questions just to make sure you know what you are doing. Strategic thinking and planning is really important to the business development type of jobs.
