I passed the HR screening and proceed to the 2nd interview with direct manager and HR manager. Overall, it was a friendly experience in both English and Japanese (more so English). The questions went deep into my motivation, but I ended up not getting the job.
The interview starts with two staff from the customer operation team. At the end of the interview, you are supposed to ask questions about the description of your tasks as the job description is a little bit unclear.

I had 2 interviews; the first with a hiring manager and the second with team supervisors. Easy and leading questions, friendly interviewers, as it was only an internship no questions were work specific.
