Standard interview with scenario based questions with a panel of interviewers. Mainly customer service based with a slight emphasis on application use and technical knowledge. Second round was a team for round to see how my values aligned with the company.

There were three separate interviews. The first is with the Hiring Manager and department head. The second with a group of three peers to assess the company culture fit. Third with upper leadership for final assessment.
