Please do not waste your time with this company. They post fake jobs to get free labor and knowledge from industry experts without paying them. This was the worst interview process I have ever experienced.
They put me through six rounds of interviews, including a panel with seven people. For that panel, I was required to create a presentation that took me four days to prepare. The instructions never mentioned sending them the actual slides, yet one of the panelists emailed me on a Saturday morning asking for them. I was hesitant, but I sent them anyway.
I believed the panel was the final interview, but they then scheduled two more interviews. After that, they said my âfinalâ interview was with the CEO. Then they claimed they were preparing an offer and asked for my personal information, including my name and address. But instead of sending an offer, they asked me to meet with the Co-CEO.
I pushed back, explaining that since they were already preparing an offer, it would make more sense to meet the Co-CEO after I startedâespecially given my limited availability. Instead of replying to my email, a man from the company called me twice, then emailed me. When I spoke to him, he essentially asked why I didnât want to meet with the Co-CEO. I repeated my reasons: I had already completed the final round, gone through excessive interviews, and they had said an offer was on the way.
An hour later, another employee texted me asking if I had five minutes to speak with the Co-CEO. I said yes, but he then told me he saw I had already explained my reasons to the other man. Meanwhile, the HR representative had been viewing my LinkedIn profile repeatedly for several days.
This Co-CEO situation dragged on for a full week. The âofferâ they claimed they were drafting is now more than seven days overdue.
After reading other Glassdoor reviews, I believe this company is not actually hiring. Instead, they prey on candidates, extracting free work and ideas to build their own knowledge base. They are manipulative and waste peopleâs time.
