Interview Experience:
I interviewed for a Director-level role and found the interview process to be misaligned with the seniority of the position. The questions were largely focused on entry-level or early-career analyst topics and did not sufficiently cover strategic leadership, transformation delivery, commercial impact, or current industry trends that would typically be expected at this level.
Feedback provided post-interview was vague and lacked specific examples. For instance, comments around business development experience and being “objective-oriented” were not clearly articulated, making it difficult to reflect constructively. This was surprising given my prior experience delivering end-to-end programs in large consulting environments.
