Even with the Temasek branding, Low Code is an absolute disaster of a department. The management has no idea on how to run this place. Every project here is oversold and the promises we give to every client is extremely questionable. Projects being run here is so messy and there is no approach of any timeline. It is embarrassing when you are giving empty promises to your client.
The people here are overworked and there is no form of empathy from the bosses. They are only trying to milk the department dry to make themselves look good in front of the c-suite. This is absolutely saddening.
The OKR or Peer Review yearly is extremely useless as promotions are based on favourtism or people who can bootlick the most. There is no more of the family culture here as people are still leaving despite the promises / hope they are being given.
The company's c-suite has gone through so many suffles. Insurance package has been cut and the bonuses this year was trash.
