TeleDirect Call Centers interview questions

The interview process is very quick and response time by the company is same day or 24hr. They are located in California so everything, including scheduling is done is in Pacific time.

This job was my first work-from-home position. I was thinking the interview process would surely be extensive. After, I took the easy assessment test then I received a call from a very laid-back person who turned out to be the supervisor of the remote program for the company. It was a casual interview and then I was asked if I could make the training class. Just like that, I was hired. All within 1 hour over the course of 2 days.
