Interview
One of the worst companies, I don't think I will join this company ever. I have clear all the rounds and HR has reacted out for final salary expectations. There was a difference in what I was expecting and what they have given and this was conveyed to the concerned HR.
To my surprise, after a couple of days, they have reached out to me saying they can't offer me because we need a SENIOR person in the team.
I think if you start negotiating with the salary they will reject, simply accept what that gives otherwise get rejected with come pointless reasons.
My suggestion would be better don't waste the time interviewing for this organization.

3. Technical interview.
As a technical interview there was a task to create a few endpoints and UI using AI tools of your choice.

Interview
There are couple of stages in the process. I attended :
- HR interview (Previous experiences, behavioural questions, motivation to move etc.)
- Technical Pair Programming - I (Algorithm/Data Structures + General tech questions)
- Technical Pair Programming - II (React + Redux)
I couldn't go forward because I didn't perform well at the latest pair programming session.
Their recruiting process is well managed and organised. They care about communication and give feedback pretty fast. The guys who interviewed me were polite and respectful.
Although I am rejected, I have positive feelings about the company.
