Some team leads here have a serious gap between what they say and what they do. Lots of talk about AI transformation and innovation, but zero execution behind it, just buzzwords in meetings with nothing to show for it. The bigger issue is the leadership style. Feedback goes one way: downward. If you raise a concern or push back on something, don't expect to be heard. Conversations feel like monologues, and decisions seem to be made before the room is even consulted. Micromanagement is real. Instead of trusting people to do their jobs, there's constant hovering and nitpicking, which ironically slows everything down and kills motivation. If you're someone who values leaders who listen, lead by example, and actually deliver on what they preach — do your research before joining certain teams here. The gap between the pitch and the reality can be significant.
