There will be 3 round, 1 round will be kf basic questions on asp.net mvc , c#, sql , interviewer will cover most of the topics in this round, if you have worked on any project you will easily crack this round, Second round will be taken by Senior level tech architect , it will be more focused on design patterns, architecture, some problem solving, DS. Manager and HR Round will be just a formality, the problem is their process, even if you clear all interview if they don't want to take you they will just put you on hold and when you call them for update,hr will give just silly excuse. You are gone when you get an update the "you are put on hold". After following up for them for at least 3 weeks he told me that the project has gone and now they are not looking anyone for this job" . Meanwhile they had a walk in and one of my friend got selected in it may be because he could join them in 10 days. If they I could not join them in such short notice period why would you call a candidate and waste his time. Now I just hate this word "on hold"

The interview was of three rounds and all technical and a managerial round. The interviewer was more interested in wat he knew than wat skills I own, also was they wanted us to turn camera on but they would not, it seems unprofessional to me. After 3 weeks of interview and a week of waiting that dey have selected me, they ended up saying they couldn't match my salary expectations. It's a waste of candidates time and effort for such a long Interview.
