Stellar interview process. Team was very respectful while staying challenging. Asked broad (SQL, basic python) as well as deep questions - ranking ML questions, parquet and other file formats, DB design, etc. Feedback was given promptly and truthfully - I respect that the most. After offer was given, team was happy to have sell conversations. Surendra and Situo are excellent people in particular. I have no doubt they are a joy to work with. Offer given on Friday and exploded on Monday - not a good practice by HR! Declined the offer as I would've been required to move to Boston and I felt I wasn't ready. I also felt I could get higher compensation elsewhere.
