Interview
Fairly simple straight forward process by today's standard. Quick convo with HR, 30 min conversation with the hiring manager, 1 hour interview with hiring manager + their superior.
Conversation rather than interrogation style interview, enjoyed that.

There were multiple rounds to the interview process. The 2nd round involved an in-person interview where you were asked to present a top line response to a brief which had been shared multiple days in advance to give you time to prepare an idea and presentation.
