There were multiple rounds to the interview process. The 2nd round involved an in-person interview where you were asked to present a top line response to a brief which had been shared multiple days in advance to give you time to prepare an idea and presentation.

Unnecessarily intense, they came across unfriendly and not a nice place to work. The interviewer was asking unessarily intense questions that had no relevance. Their overall energy was very negative and it put me off working there.
