  1. Digital Product Manager Interview

    Difficult Interview
    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CBC/Radio-Canada (Montreal, QC)

    Interview

The discussion with HR was very interesting. However, the interview with the manager was a pain. I felt like that the manager try to prove me that I didn’t have enough competency for the position. She made me feel really incompetent. Worst interview ever. She also seems really directive. If CBC is hiring that kind of manager in 2021, I would really never want to work there. You have seen my resume before, don’t meet me if you don’t think I have the good skills to avoid people losing their time!

We've been doing a great deal to promote diversity and inclusion in our content, our culture and our teams. Our work is being noticed: CBC/Radio-Canada was presented with a Universum Diversity and Inclusion award at an event held at the Toronto Broadcasting Centre. The award recognizes employers perceived by students to be the most supportive, diverse and inclusive employers in the country, and follows a survey completed by 23,000 students from more than 150 French and English colleges and universities across Canada.
