It's done online. I think it's to make you a little more comfortable but all I could think about is the time I had to respond which made me uncomfortable. I have a lot of troubles anyway though responding during interviews. I have a ton of experience and have been through just about everything and can never think of ANYTHING at the time of my interviews.
