Excellent benefits package (life and accident insurance, medical and dental care, disability coverage, massage, Employee Assistance Program, etc.) excellent salary, good people, good products
Didn't change from company inception to present. $500 per year bought a lot more in massage and $250 bought a pair of glasses 20 years ago - not today. Amazing these numbers have never changed (apparently). No health spending account - very rigid health benefits selections. Pension Fund plan is pretty good with a company match.
Takeda offers a very generous benefits package.
Very competitive pension plan with 7% employer match
I was only covering a 1 year Maternity leave in Canada, but I still had 3 weeks paid vacation, full drug coverage for branded drugs, supplemental health insurance, and fitness subsidy. Takeda earned its status as a top 100 employer!
Best is the Pension Plan, worst is the medication co pya
