Interview
1. Got an email to set up a phone interview with HR
2. Phone interview with HR
3. A week later got an email invite for a phone interview with the hiring manager
4. Phone interview with the hiring manager and during the phone interview i was ask to an on-site interview.
5. 2 weeks later set up an on-site interview
6. On site interview
7. 2 weeks later got an email asking for references and several hrs following the email, got a call from HR with a verbal approval.
8. Two days later process drug test and background check

Interview
It was an average interview.
It was a two stage interview. The first interview was with HR and the second interview was with the Manufacturing Head, Head of Operations and the other team lead.
The interviewers were great. They explained what the role entails and focused their questions on behavioural competency questions.

First, be ready for a dozen interviews, no kidding. Next, be ready to be kept updated up to a point. When they have the final 2 candidates, they forget to tell you and don't answer calls any more.
