I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (New York, NY)
Interview
Really nice people, very positive experience. However, I interviewed for one position but offered a job for a different one for a different manager. I never met anyone who did not seem to have your best intrest in mind. Applied and heard back a week later for a phone screen, that night received a call for a in person interview which was with many people.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (Cambridge, MA) in Apr 2021
Interview
My interview process with Takeda began after I was contacted by a recruiter, who provided an initial overview of the role and the company. Following this, I had my first interview with the person currently in the role I'm being considered for. This conversation went very well, allowing for a detailed discussion about the responsibilities and day-to-day aspects of the position.
Building on that positive start, I then had a comprehensive back-to-back interview session with three other members of the leadership team on the same day. These discussions also went very smoothly, giving me a broader perspective on the team dynamic, departmental goals, and Takeda's overall culture. I appreciated the opportunity to meet multiple stakeholders in one go, which made the process efficient and insightful.
