Had an initial phone screen call with one of the founders. Extremely unprofessional. He had me on speaker phone the entire time and I could hear his slack alerts going off in the background The entire duration of the call. He seemed distracted and seemed as though he couldn’t have cared less about the interaction. At the end of the phone call, he mentioned that he would like to move forward with the process and send a hacker rank exam as a follow up. Never received any email and didn’t bother pursuing subsequent rounds given the blatant lack of professionalism and sincerity.
