I applied for assistant, but they are doing away with that position so I had to take a shift lead position. Not a lot of questions were asked and I had two separate interviews, one with the manager and one with the area coach. Super easy and a day or two after my interview I got a phone called being offer the position.
Quick interview with lots of questions about management experience. There was a lot of emphasis on following procedures and complete uniforms. There was also a lot of talk about the background check, which you have to pass to get the job.

Scheduled phone interview and even got 3 reminders only to get ghosted. I moved my other appointments around to accommodate the interview. Lack of common courtesy says all I need to know about this location.

I thought things were going well but I was told the job didn’t exist. Asked to interview at another store for the same position and it didn’t exist either. I went to interviews for managers and only told we have crew members jobs only. If the job doesn’t exist why post it?
