Pretty basic, mostly wanted to explain the process to me.
I had applied for a generalist position because I have a Master's in Education and 5 years of program management/HR experience in higher ed, but was told because I didn't have tech experience, I would be a coordinator.
He told me the salary was $50k, without any budging and that I would not be promoted quickly. I'm not sure why he called me if all he was going to give me was information I clearly wasn't going to like. I felt really disappointed and almost disrespected by the recruiter.
