I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at TTEC in Mar 2020
Interview
It was pretty average from my experience, there was a culture interview and the questions were what made me excited for the second interview. Which was more technical in nature. That with a writing assignment and a background check.
(Thumbs down rating is NOT because I didn't get offer, but based on overall experience with company). Telephone screening with Recruiter, followed by panel interview via phone with several managers. It was not made clear who was the actual hiring manager and roles of others. Despite attempts to reach out for an update on status from at least one of those I spoke with, this company ghosted me (to be fair, many companies do). Seemed like a good opportunity at the time but they don't seem to value prospective candidates, so not sure how they actually treat employees. Best of luck if you pursue this organization.

Question 1
Describe pros/cons of Excel vs MS Project in managing projects.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TTEC in Feb 2013
Interview
Was referred by another candidate for a different position. Spoke to recruiter who recommended me for another open position. Early the next week I had one in-person interview with the hiring manager, that manager's boss and a couple of other project managers. Recruiter called me two hours later and offered the position that same day. Very fast process, but I believe my experience was different than most.
